The Office of the Registrar maintains Transcript information used for verifying grades and course credits while in school and after graduation from Fresno High School.

Student Records Request for Current Students

Please come to the Registrar's Office located on the first floor of the Administration Building from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, except for holidays.

Student Records Request for Alumni

There are two ways to request student records:

In Person - Off Campus

Please come to the Student Records window located on the first floor of the Education Center, 2309 Tulare Street. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays. For more information, call (559) 457-3362.

You will need the following:

  1. Name you used while attending Fresno Unified School.

  2. Your date of birth.

  3. Name of the last Fresno Unified School you attended.

  4. Your Phone Number.

  5. Address where to mail your records.

  6. $6.00 cash or money order (made out to Student Records) for high school transcript, $6.00 for elementary, middle and high school records. CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

  7. Indicate if your transcript is to be official (sealed for colleges/employers) or unofficial (for personal use).

  8. Graduation Statements are available and used when the diploma has been destroyed, etc., the cost is $8.00. PERSONAL CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

By Mail

Please mail your request to Fresno Unified Student Records, 2309 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721.

You must provide the following:

  4. Your Phone Number.

  5. Address where to mail your records.
